Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on berpkr. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your berpkr login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. berpkr will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
You must notify berpkr customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. berpkr recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of security.
All information provided during registration and at any subsequent time must be accurate, complete, and not misleading. berpkr reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete. Any winnings generated from an Account operating under false information may be voided.
You may request closure of your berpkr Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to verification and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. berpkr may also close Accounts at its sole discretion where it determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk of regulatory non-compliance, abuse, or harm.

Cricket markets on berpkr cover Pakistan Super League (PSL), Pakistan international fixtures, Asia Cup, ICC World Cup, and other approved tournaments. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with berpkr's official cricket betting rules, which account for match abandonments, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, and other cricket-specific scenarios. berpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been the subject of match-fixing or corruption.
Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds are subject to rapid change during live events. berpkr cannot guarantee that bets will be accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement due to the speed of market movement. berpkr reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice, including for technical reasons or during periods of significant market uncertainty.
